Grand mere state park. S. Grand Mere State Park is characterized by magnificent sand dunes, deep blowouts and half a mile of Lake Michigan shoreline, accessible by the park's two trails. Unlike most State Parks in this part of the State there are very few amenities here. Instead take Grand Mere Rd all the way down until it dead ends, there's a small area to park.
